Journalist | Host | On-Air Personality
Hi all! My name is Sabrina Aponte. I’m a Bilingual Multimedia journalist from Miami, FL. I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Broadcast Media at Florida International University, class of 2018. During college I had the opportunity of interning for a Spanish Broadcasting Co. — PangeaFM, where I took on roles such as board operator and Voice over talent for the radio station. Shortly after graduating, I began working at CBS4 Miami as an Assignment desk editor where I currently work confirming Breaking News, writing stories for the web and more. Growing up in Miami and being raised in a Hispanic household is something I’ve always taken pride in. “305 Times” is an online show/ podcast that I Host, produce and have used as a platform to showcase my passion for not only broadcasting, but the City of Miami.
305 Times is an online radio show dedicated to millennials raised in the Latino community. It’s the first bilingual show on Pangea City and can be accessed completely free of charge through the PangeaFM app (both apple/ android friendly), YouTube and Spotify. Similar to South Florida, 305 Times is based on the variety of culture that there is to experience in the magic city. It offers a platform for up and coming artists, local creatives, entrepreneurs, and anyone with a story to tell. You can listen in live every Friday at 3pm EST. as I discuss topics of interest within the city, as well as current events and a special segment with a new crazy headline you hear of “Only In Florida.”
